Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Zeus Sports. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products purchased from our website and the process for doing so.
1. Return Conditions
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Clothing items must have tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exceptions: The following types of goods cannot be returned: customised products, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
2. Returning Goods
To initiate a return, please contact us at (orders@zeusthreads.com) with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Zeus Sports will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, send us an email at (orders@zeusthreads.com). Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
